Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by us. Hosting is provided through Vimexx and email is sent through the configured mail provider. Only functional session cookies are used, with no advertising trackers or Google Analytics.

Records are retained as needed for contract performance and statutory retention obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion where legally permitted, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
